Supercool Lustraphone BBC Ribbon Microphone!! IT'S A PERFECT BK-11 CLONE! 

Amazing mic! Fitted with a new old stock RCA BK-11 type ribbon by Stephen Sank. Sounds so close to an RCA BK-11 that it is difficult to tell the difference. It is also very close to a 44, but better in our opinion as the BK-11 ribbon is superior!

The ribbon installed is a NOS BK-11 type ribbon. The length, width, weight, and corrugations per inch are excactly the same, which explains why the microhone sounds identical, with the Stephen Sank ribbon mod. As far we know this particular style microphone is the only one that has ever been produced with the same width and length ribbon as the BK-11. For that reason it is the only mic that we can mod with the BK-11 ribbon. We have this one with the BBC flags, and 2 more that will be listed next. These are the only three that we have available. The other 2, or this one with one of the others, can be matched as a stereo pair of you so desire. They are amazing as a stereo pair for drum overheads, which how we plan on listing the other pair.
